Accident reports can be obtained 24 hours after the accident.

You will need to know the Date of collision, report number, or agency. If you obtain your report through this website the fee is usually $12.00.
You can also pick up your report at the Sheriff's Office Monday through Friday 8a.m.-12p.m and 1p.m.-4:30p.m. or through the mail with a money order and a postage paid self addressed envelope with the accident number included to: Carroll County Sheriff's Office 310 W Main Delphi, IN 46923. Our fee is $8.00.
