Traffic Citation Information
If you are 18 years of age or older, you may admit and pay the fine and court cost for the following infractions in the amount indicated without personally appearing in court
if payment is made prior to the initial court date:
||Speeding 1-15 miles per hour over the speed limit
||Speeding 16-25 miles per hour over the speed limit
||Speeding 26-35 miles per hour over the speed limit
||Expried Driver's License, No Valid Driver License
||Expired Plates/Registration, False or Fictitious Registration
||Right-of-way violation(including disregarding a stop sign or signals) provided the violation did not result in an accident
If you are charged with a violation that is not listed above, then you must personally appear before the court.
Failure to appear will result in the suspension of your driving privileges.
If you wish to admit a violation but request imposition of a judgment less than provided, then you must appear before the court.
Payments may be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check. No personal checks are accepted. If you are mailing your payment,
please sign the back of the ticket and send it, along with your payment, to the clerks office, at below address. Credit or Debit Card
payments can be made through PayTrust Solutions at 1-866-480-8552, or PayTRUST Solutions
If payment is made through
the clerk's office, you will be charged a 3% service fee. If you pay over the phone yourself, there is a 5.95% service fee.
Online pament charges a 3.95% service fee. You will need to contact our office to obtain your cause number prior to any online/telephone transaction.
If payment is made prior to your court hearing, you will not have to appear in court. If you are under the age of 18 years, you must appear in court.
If you have two or more citations from the same traffic stop, you will be required to pay the court costs for one violation plus the fines for both violations.
