Carroll County E911 is a separate initity from the Sheriff's Office. They are however the first on the scene if you are calling for help. 

These indiviuals are highly trained indiviuals who are very dedicated to working long hours to helping the citizens of our county get help when needed. 

Communications Officers not only answer your 911 calls, they also will dispatch police, fire and ambulance, while giving you pre arrival instructions.
